I saw the movie, and even though I still haven't read the book (I'm planning to, though ^-^), I realized there was lots of things missing in it.... it sucks, because the movie could be much better...they made it so short o_o

my fav radio station, and it's playing something from Gotan Project ^^

well...i still prefer mostly grunge and dark wallpapers. i don't know, they look most artistic to me. though, lately, i'm more and more fond of vector/textures wallpapers (maybe because i'm finally making my own vector art,LOL).
anyway, i never look for a specific series, i just browse through the latest walls and download/fav the ones that caught my eye.

The first CD I bought was "Version 2.0" by Garbage. I loved it from the day 1, and I still do

it's excellent so far! the line art part is really great, no complaints here... other than that, i can't really tell you more, since it's not finished... but keep it up like this and you'll make one heck of a fancy vector

I'm using Firefox and I'm really satisfied with it. I used to have IE, but after trying Firefox, I realized it's much more safer...
Anyway, I'm planning to use it in the future too...

Well, the vectoring part is really good, so it wasn't because of that. I'd say you should change the background - it's a bit too plain, and not very desktop-freindly.

Yeah... something like that used to happen to me too... I guess parents expect their kid (at least one of them) to be a top student, and they forget it's not always that easy... they need to be reminded

This is something my friends and I were discussing recently...
I'd like to hear your thoughts on this subject: do your friends (and here I mean, your close friends, not just someone you know from school/work etc) have rather different political views than you do? If so, how do you deal with it? Do you argue about it, or just avoid all political topics for the sake of the friendship?

Hey everyone

Well, this is my first submission here, so I wanted to hear your opinions and critiques.
To tell you little about this wall:
my intention was to make an 'old-school' wall, that is, no special effects, no vectoring etc.
So, I just extracted and cleaned the scan, and started working on the background. I knew it wouldn't be the greatest idea to use too many effects, since the scan itself already occupies most of the 'working area'.
So, I just pictured some sort of "demonic" sky, and started going from there. What came out of it represents both worlds from manga - human and Shinigami world. Well, my way of seeing it, anyway
Also, you'll notice Raito is sort of 'glowing' - this is not a bad scan LOL, but I made that to make him stand out more, and to make him look a bit more surreal (demonic, as you wish).

Anyway, I would very much appreciate your suggestions!

I just joined MT, woohoo!
So, I thought it would be nice to say *hi* to you all.... so, HI!
I've been making wallpapers for long, but not on regular basis...so I still have a lot to learn, but I'm looking forward to that ^^
I mostly work in Photoshop, and I've just started learning Illustrator... I hope I'll get some help here from more experienced people
